From January 2018 - July 2019 I was the Programming & Producing Trainee and later Interim Assistant Producer at Sheffield Theatres.

As Interim Assistant Producer: Rutherford & Son (dir. Caroline Steinbeiss); Standing at the Sky’s Edge (dir. Rob Hastie); Life of Pi (dir. Max Webster). Pre-production on: Reasons to Stay Alive (dir. Jonathan Watkins); The Last King of Scotland (dir. Gbolahan Obisesan); My Mother Said I Never Should (dir. Jeni Draper).

As Programming & Producing Trainee I assisted on the programming and management of the venue’s 300-seat Crucible Studio. Before leaving the venue I was I was given the opportunity to lead on programming for the Studio’s Autumn 2019 season. Alongside this I also assisted the Programmer on the day-to-day management of The Lyceum scheduling. This traineeship primarily included looking after contracting, technical logistics, scheduling, internal and external comms and liaising with visiting companies.
